Resin charms may gradually change in appearance over time due to the nature of the material.
To help you enjoy your charm for as long as possible, we offer a maintenance plan.

Eligible Items
・Photo charms
・ID tags
・Alphabet ID tags

Maintenance Includes
● Polishing and recoating to restore surface clarity
● Replacing the double ring (metal loop)
● Addressing minor lifting in coloured areas
　(This may rarely occur due to curing inconsistencies inside the charm)

Not Covered
● Loss of the entire charm
● Major breakage where the original shape is no longer intact
　(This does not occur under normal use, so no need to worry)
● Natural yellowing of the resin over time
● Changing the main fitting is available for an additional fee

Eligibility Period
● Within 6 months of purchase: one free maintenance session
● After 6 months: paid plan available → [Paid Maintenance Plan]

How to Request Maintenance
● Within warranty:
　Please contact us using the form and include the warranty number printed on the card included with your order. We’ll share the return address with you.

● After the warranty period:
　Please purchase the [Paid Maintenance Plan] and contact us. We will then provide the return address.

Providing your phone number in the contact form is optional. However, in case of email issues, we may send an SMS. We will never call you directly.

If you received the charm as a gift, you are still welcome to use our maintenance plan. Just reach out via the same method.
